Chettinad Chicken Curry

This dish hails from Tamilnadu in South India. The actual kick is by the dried chilis put in. For all the spicy lovers this is the dish. A combination of seeds (poppy, coriander, cumin, aniseed) and spices. The ingredients include coconut, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, onion, and tomatoes.




Malai Prawn

This Indian delicacy is known for its content of thick coconut milk gravy and bold-flavored whole spices. It is just the right combination when served with Jeera rice.
